Here we are at the end of the first quarter of 2014 and can you believe that there are still organizations and businesses out there that have web sites, but have not implemented any type of web analytic tool?
Supposedly those web sites are to increase leads, decrease support costs, provide basic contact information, etc. However, when you ask the business owner or operations officer how their online tools are helping to achieve those “business” goals, they can’t tell you! Ooops, problem. 🙁
